We're excited to share that the new Park Model Paradise map is here! The community will be developed in five phases, with each phase opening as the previous one reaches capacity. Phase 1 will be available NOW and includes the black highlighted area shown below. 

Every lot in Phase 1 comes with a $10,000 discount until the first 100 lots are sold or until July 7, 2026 - whichever comes first!
