We've partnered exclusively with Phillips Happy Hallow to handle all park model sales for the community. Residents will work directly with Phillips Happy Hallow to choose from three Kropf series - the Eldorado, Island, and Lakeside - each offering a unique layout and features to suit your lifestyle. Home and lot packages are available with financing options to make your move seamless and stress-free.

Happy Hallow handling all of the warranty work, you can count on fast, local service you can trust. If something goes wrong - we'll fix it - and if it can't be fixed, we'll get you a new one within the one-year warranty period.
