When will lots be available?

• We're planning to release approximately 50 lots starting in Fall 2025. Once the official site map is finalized, availability will be viewable on this website. 

Can I live here year-round? 

• This community is built for year-round living. 

Is it gated? 

• The community is gated and features fencing along with electric security gates.

Does my unit have to have a metal roof? 

• A metal roof is required for all park models in the community. The colors available are black, gray, and green (earth tones). 

What color can my vinyl siding be? 

• Siding colors will be earth tones. 

How much are the land/home packages going to be?

•  Land/home packages will be sold at prices ranging from $135,000 - $195,000+. 

Am I allowed to rent a property? 

• Renters are allowed full-time or part-time. Renters must meet/follow all resident requirements, be 55 or older, and receive approval from the HOA.
